All sales at our events are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases made, except in the case of manufacturer defects. If a defect is identified, we will exchange the defective item for the same item, subject to availability.

Please inspect all merchandise at the time of purchase. Exchanges will only be processed if the defect is reported within 7 days of purchase and the item is in its original condition.

We prioritize the security of your personal information. Your data will be stored in secure databases protected by encryption and access control measures. We regularly review our security practices and update them to comply with industry standards.

We will not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes described above. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals in compliance with applicable laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or SMS and will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels. Your continued participation in our events and use of our services after changes have been made signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
