Yes, general admission is free on all event days. However, for exclusive early access, you can purchase 2 x VIP ALL WEEKEND PASS for $25.
The sale is open to the public, and we welcome guests of all ages, including those shopping for men's, women's, and children's fashions.
The venue is located at 999 Canada Place inside the Pan Pacific Hotel.
By Car:
There are covered, paid parking options at both the East and West buildings of the Vancouver Convention Centre. Additionally, covered parking is available at the building where Miku Restaurant is located, with the entrance accessible from Cordova Street.
By BC Transit / Skytrain (Recommended):
The Pan Pacific Hotel is located just north of the Waterfront SkyTrain Station exit.
We offer a coat check service with limited space. Please avoid wearing too many layers, as all bags, jackets, and coats must be checked in.
Strollers are not permitted in the sale, and will be required to be checked in at coat check area before entry to the sale space.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Cash may be accepted, but please note that there may be limited cash handling.
All sales are final, we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds.
